Staying at this castle hotel was like stepping into a fairytale! The historic charm and grandeur of the architecture, combined with luxurious modern amenities, made for an unforgettable experience. The rooms were spacious and elegantly decorated, offering stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. Dining in the castle's grand hall was a magical experience, and the on-site activities, like guided tours and scenic walks, added to the enchantment. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a unique and regal getaway!

I loved this hotel so much! It was absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Our room was very large and very on theme. We were there at Xmas and the hotel was decorated beautifully. There was a lovely bar area as well as a delicious restaurant. I didn't want to leave! It was a magical stay. There is a bus stop at the end of the very long drive with very easy connections into the city. The walk to the road is quite long...especially in the dark though.

The whole feel of the place gave us an insight into what it would feel like to be Henry VIII kicking back relaxing after a long, hard day of beheading people. We were immersed in the surroundings of a beautiful castle with no expense spared on the interior. What a lovely little gem it was. Next time, I would definitely spend more than one night there to see more of the local area. Overall, it was fantastic.

It was a castle firstly not your usual hotel premier inn travel lodge .. it was a picture too look at and be in almost like you were in history it was great. The view was stunning the staff were great nothing bad on that part overall good experience
